End grain prep cutting board. This bespoke board can be used daily, is beautiful enough to leave on your counter but small & light enough to store easily. 100% hardwood, finished with food safe mineral oil and buffed with beeswax. We believe in making pieces that will last a lifetime (and beyond) with proper care. This means building these boards one at a time (no two will never be identical), using hand selected pieces of wood and design these pieces for not only their function but their beauty as well.

End grain boards are easier on your kitchen knives and hold their beauty even under frequent use. A great option for everyday use and strong enough to stand up to even the most demanding chefs. The boards are 8"x12" and 1.25-1.5" thick but as wood is a natural material there are sometimes small variations to the final dimensions but not enough to effect use of the board.

We create them in different woods with the brick pattern for a clean, modern look with all end grain cuts, including the longer unbroken accent strips. Not all makers will take this extra step, instead using an edge grain, but having the wood all oriented in the same direction will lead to a longer life and uniform wear on your board.
